Hopping back on the wagon. Ate whatever the hell I felt like for about a week, got tired of logging it but now I'm going to get back on track and next week it will be situation normal. Going to do a little tweaking with my macro nutrients and cut back a little on calories. It will be a full on protein assault, going to try to average around 315 grams/day and 2300 calories.
