It wasn't worth going off my diet after I put so much effort into eating right. Aunt flo also added a few lbs to my scale, so though I am fasting I don't see any reward for my hard work. It suppose it is creating discipline in me to keep going even if the payment is not obvious. I'm SO close to being out of 200s. I've lost 45 lbs and these 5 lbs to get me under 200 is tough. Going to keep pushing forward. I am better at being disciplined but not strong enough yet to pass by cheating on occasion. Working on that. Hope you're having success.
