Easy and oh so good. Zane, sometimes I add a little basil pesto (with cinnamon on the side of course :-))

Lol… not so sure about the cinnamon but I do love me some pesto. Might have to try that. I normally go easy on pesto just because it destroys my fat macros at the end of the day.

I add just a little to the egg right before cooking and it intensifies the flavor. (cinnamon, chili pepper in hot water good anti-inflammatory. better with a drop of honey)
