good day yesterday but tired after my shift and it was HOT. I stayed away from the snack box but I did add a couple items not on the strict BBBE woe but still not junk. I did get some take out barbeque baby pork ribs & brisket but NO sauce (it was so good) and also as my side I did splurge and have 2 helpings (since it was 2 sides with meal) of coleslaw and of course had my yoghurt & jello freeze. I also added a protein (no carb low cal) shake for breakfast & my cranberry apple cider ginger drink just because I think it might help and tastes refreshing.
