BlackButterfly615's Journal, 27 June 2009

Okay, so today was the first "bad" day since I've been on this mission. I mean REALLY bad. I cried this morning. My husband tried to console me while cursing Weight Watchers, I went over my points. While it didn't REALLY go over my points because I didn't use any flex points, that's no excuse. It wasn't like I had a plan to use my extra points, I simply grazed all day. Kenneth reminded me that it's my "girl" week, and that I'm "retaining food" (LOL, he's trying, ladies). But tomorrow is a new day, and I will do better tomorrow. I'm getting back on the wagon as soon as I wake up! LOL

Those points are a part of the plan. That means they are meant to be used. Do not feel bad about using those flex points. They help with holidays and BBQ's and such. Many people eat them all or part of them and lose way better than the people who don't use them. You may end up with a bigger loss this week because of eating some. Dont' be afraid to play around with them. The more you eat to lose, the more you can eat to maintain. You are doing fine.
