Sneaky TOM to blame for my short stall. I'm relieved for the drop. Almost back to my recent low. And then hopefully onto hitherto unknown territory.
234.8 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
