gooooooood morning everyone....wakin up still tired ..cut grass yesterday after my morning walk...the hot weather wore me out...did the weedeating in the morning an then cut grass at noon...by one i was draggin...came in the house an parked my body for the rest of the day...glad its done for another 3-4 days...dont really mind doing it..cept when its so hot outside like its been..then its a challange to want to do it...gonna take off today, an just rest up ..to tired to do a morning walk...give my body a day of rest and hit it again tomow morning...suppose to be 105-110 with heat index this afternoon...so be a good day to just stay in an get rested..well gonna get up an eat breakfast..and then since im not gonna go for a walk, might just lay back down for a few...lol...

It is so smeltering HOT outside these days!! I think if you go out... do it about 5am!! I'm hibernating these days! You're doing great on your weight loss!!

Isn't it strange how both ends of the climate extremes keep us indoors. When I am "holed up in the house" in January during sub zero temperature days - the feeling is not much different than being "holed up in the house" in June during 100 degree temperature days. Hang tight!

I like lorik's idea about getting out early - but I wouldn't do my lawn mowing at that time! The neighbors might object! :) Stay hydrated and safe. Don't forget, you can do exercise inside the house! Maybe it's time to borrow Jillian from the library. Have a great day, twin!
