Finally got my thyroid in line after almost a year being hyperthyroid. Started low FODMAP, still staying vegetarian, gluten-free and corn and soy free. Found I don't tolerate the fructans in garlic very well, had an 8 day flare up of the IBS-C from it. Still flaring up from the raisins, but can take up to 3 tbsp in a sitting. Not looking forward to testing onion. Still waiting for the reaction to the raisins to settle down before I attempt it.

Did find a way to make pizza low fodmap. Most frozen pizzas have garlic and onion baked into them, so I cannot use them. I take a Food for Life gluten free brown rice tortilla as a crust, then add 1/4 cup Rao's Sensitive Marinara (no garlic or onion). Top with 3 slices GoVeggie mozzarella. Half some olives and place them on top, sprinkle with Italian seasoning (no garlic) and maybe add 43 g bell pepper strips. Cook in a large frying pan until the tortilla is crisp, then slide it out, cut into 8 slices and eat.
