5 days and still going strong.
I got some sleep in today, and that felt really good. I also looked over a lot of diet blogs and journals leaving my comments here and there. I'm a little sore from exercising, but like they say, no pain no gain, 😃. I can't wait to weigh-in on Friday, and I hope I have a loss, but if I don't it's okay. At least I made the decision to get healthy and to get moving again. 👍
