Remember fat isn't the enemy, its PROCESSED fats that are bad. Avocado is perfectly healthy! My brother can eat it by itself..me? I can only eat it on a burger or in a salad. But I wish I was able to love it like you do because its soo good for you and helps keep you full!

i grill mine on my george foreman and stuff with pico or tuna salad. hehehe... or have a half with a side of string cheese .

Avacado fat is not bad for your body. Processed grains and processed foods in general are bad. Avocados also contain oils assist you in good digestion. Pineapple works the same way but with healthy enzymes. Proteins, fruits and veggies are the answer to a sound diet. Grains will bite you in the butt...if you avoid processed foods and flour based foods you will do well.

I'm on the band wagon with everyone else. It's GOOD fat that your body needs, it's it a fresh unprocessed food, and if you are counting carbs, it has plenty of fiber to offset most of the carbs. I love it as a cherry on top of tuna salad, "tacos" and such and it's wonderful as the base of a salad dressing!
