I thought a recorded a journal entry yesterday. I guess I was just replying to posts on my other entries. Well I lost 5 lbs! It took 9 days but I will take that. I hope after 4 wks it will be 15. I feel pretty good today. Haven't exercised yet but I will get to that in a couple hours.
