Had a surgury (septoplasty) and the doctor said that I couldn't do anything strenuous or raise my blood pressure for at least a month. At first my sense of taste/smell was affected and I couldn't taste sweets very much. Bonus! I actually lost a bit of weight even though I was couch potato for a couple weeks. Since then as my taste buds recovered so did my appetite. Hence the extra weight. It's been about two weeks since I got back to cycling and yoga, and my body needs to be active for me to feel good. I'm more tired and sore than I should be so it's time to get back to keeping track of my food.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
