I approve everything except the bun. Look how many calories you can cut by NOT eating the bread. Fill up on more veggies!

Yes, Sofawny I could skip the bun....but it fit into my calorie count for the day. Afterall, how do you eat a tomato sandwich without bread 😏 I do pick & choose when I eat bread

We air fried okra from the garden…light oil spray and lightly coated in lentil flour/panko bread crumb mix. It was really good! Had it along side a shrimp cocktail and left over moussaka (low cal version made with lentils). Wish I had a pic…also within calorie goals tho the okra was addicting so ate a lot of it.
