Finally under 170 again. Going away, eating at restaurants challenging but I did it. But the glass of Merlot stalled the loss but that's ok, I really enjoyed my glass of wine!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks MWermuth! I actually stated Atkins on April 4 at 187lbs now down to 168-169, so almost 20lbs since then. Yes, thank you, the wine was delicious! Just 1 glass but that was just perfect. Another 5lbs and I'll have another! :)
