Pretty proud of myself in general over the last year. last summer I got down to my pre-pandemic weight and I did all right maintaining that over the last year, went under a few times but didn't really go over. I'm sorry I wasn't actively losing but I figure it's good practice maintaining for when I get to my goal weight. making small permanent changes is what has been most helpful for maintaining. now I'm down another 12 lbs from last summer and I'm pleased.
