I haven't been tracking as well as I should, but I have seen consistent, steady weight loss! Justt started adding strength training to my workout routine every other day, starting today. Feeling stronger! 2 more pounds to go and I will be able to reward myself with a new haircut and i will also be 10 pounds lighter! :D
