Gestern nochmal versucht mit einer anderen Taktik. In 10er Serien mit kürzeren Pausen. Immerhin 85 geschafft, abermehr sind nicht drin ohne gezieltes Training.

True, I've also trained a lot at home in the focus of the pandemic, but around here it has improved a lot and with the vaccines, the Crossfit gyms and box have returned to face-to-face activities so I train in the box with the class, it's much better than training alone but if I have to train only I train without problems, I just stop and I don't stay👏👏👏👏👏

Sure it's much better to have good team. Usually I never do it at home, because of loosing fast the motivation. Hope in view days I'll getting free of my prison. 😅😅😅
