seneng bgtt. Tb aku 162cm huhu udh lumayan btw kalo kalian kalori defisit, tp udh makan diatas bmr, dan malemnya masih kerasa laper itu kenapa ya? tp klo nambah makan 60 kalori udh ngerasa kenyang sih
