Today is first day of increased calories but NO STARCHY foods, NO ADDED SUGAR DIET.This phase will last 3 weeks, then the following 3 weeks can slowly incorporate starch foods and sugars (SLOWLY)--while continuing regular calorie intake

1259 kcal Fat: 28.90g | Prot: 165.77g | Carb: 83.42g.   Breakfast: coffee, grapefruit, almond jalapeno jack style, jimmy dean sausage, egg whites, soy slender. Lunch: Natural Apple Sauce, spicy mustard, romaine lettuce, Fat Free Cottage Cheese (fred myer), jarlsberg lite swiss, herb roasted turkey brt. Dinner: soy slender, half and half organic(), Red Tomatoes, 99% Fat Free Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Snacks/Other: natural apple sauce, fat free cottage cheese, extra lean ground beef. more...
