Accidentally deleted my whole journal entry before submitting. *face palm* ...and take 3 on posting...forgot to update my weight. Not my morning. It happens.
Anywho, had a whoosh on the scale, down 2.4lbs this morning and feeling great about it. There wasn't much movement on the scale over the weekend, so I was hoping for a good scale day at some point this week.
I've hit my step goal 6/7 days for the last week. The only day I missed was when I gave my leg a break because the muscles were aching pretty bad in it. The left leg has weaker muscles in it than the right. Mostly because of the nerve issues I have that effect that leg. Is what it is.
Picture of is of my healthy ramen. Shroom and cucumber noodles. Pretty tasty. Also a little high on sodium...but ah well.
One more day of doing well! ^_^
