Sleep is both restorative and secondarily leads to IF (12:12 or 14:10) for me. With longer days and early sunrises I sleep less which I think may cause my weight tends to rise slightly. This week I neither slept well nor hydrated well. Finally, I spend a great deal of time freezing my arse off winter steelhead fishing. Lots of good NEAT activity plus thermal weight loss is bound to occur. Anyway, just an observation for myself.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
