Didnt feel like excercising today. Got my carb count but not my calories. Figured I got close enough. Will be out all day tm shopping with daughter and running errands tm. And then the weekend...thats always a challenge.. I think Ill get up early enough tm to make enough meals that I can heat up so I can cook everyone elses without worrying about variations for my meals. Or maybe Ill just do what I did today make a big salad and cut in half for two meals...Guess Ill see how I feel in the morning
