So i just did yoga for an hour and walked/jogged for 15 min. I feel right now that it is SO hard to lose more weight :( I need some motivation. I feel like Im doing well with eating and working out but yet I measure and find no loss since last measure.. Im going to remeasure sat. I only weigh once a week as well so that im not driving myself crazy. I would like to lose lbs but more so in inches. Any extra motivation right now would help!
