So i just did yoga for an hour and walked/jogged for 15 min. I feel right now that it is SO hard to lose more weight :( I need some motivation. I feel like Im doing well with eating and working out but yet I measure and find no loss since last measure.. Im going to remeasure sat. I only weigh once a week as well so that im not driving myself crazy. I would like to lose lbs but more so in inches. Any extra motivation right now would help!

Don't give up! It'll come with time. I find after having been dieting for almost 5 months that it's definitely a change in life instead of just a "diet". It definitely takes some time for the body to realize that it's time to start using the body storage instead of waiting for food. Just give it a couple weeks and I bet when you look back at this post you'll be amazed.
