I am losing day by day! Probably its due to the meal replacement that I am on. I now feel so much energetic and healthier!! I woke up so much earlier too. Currently am replacing 2 meals a day and have a healthy dinner or lunch. I grilled my meals and if i need to fry, i use olive oil to substitute but of course still watching the amount that i use wic usually is 1tbsp. My usual servings for dinner or lunch are:
1. corn 1/3 or 2 slices wholemeal bread 2. shredded lettuce, onions and cherry tomatos with low fat honey mustard or low fat thousand island (2tbsp max) 3. egg white x 2 4. 200 gm lean meat or chicken breast (grilled with no oil)
Besides those, i make similiar sandwiches using smoked salmon. And in a week, I did 4 sessions of cardio, 2 of taebo(turbo jam) & 2 of brisk walking. Before any of my workouts, I took Access bar for extra fat burning help:) And I am losing still!!! I love my progress!!
