Hello everyone, It's a beautiful day here today and nice to be outside, only trouble is my energy is low from my 2hrs at the gym. It's hard to get up and go.

I admire you for doing all this effort, but if it gets uncomfortable, I do believe you should slow down. I am tired after the days in which I push myself for just 40 minutes of aerobics, so I can imagine how you must feel after a few days of aerobics + stretching. How about doing something intense in some days and then turn to something moderate (like pilates, or strength training) in other days, alternating them? If you lose weight at a slower pace, it's easier to maintain it also. Try for one week and see how you feel at the end of it :)

That's a good idea I will have to incorporate that. I have a Pilates machine that I should use it more often. lol . Thanks' Livia, have a good day
