Only lost 1 lb this week, a bit disappointing, but nonetheless a loss!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

To lose 1 lb is good in anyone's books so keep smiling you are winning. Now I will place a bet that you record your food intake AFTER you have eaten it when it is too late to do anything about it. The reason I place my bet is by looking at your calendar for today with only breakfast recorded. Have you thought of recording before the event then altering the menu to fit your calorie requirements ? Anyway, well done on achieving a weight loss.
