Hi all, I’m new here. Well, it’s been a week of trying to make sense of all of the bells and whistles as I hope to shed the weight once and for all. I’m also recovering from a bad bout of COVID that has me operating at first gear. My goal is to get back to the weight and health I had pre-pregnancy and before subsequent health complications that led to lots of prednisone intake. COVID has also led to more prednisone use, which is the last thing I needed. I’m happy with where I am at life intellectually, as a parent, and as a professional. I want to be fitter, healthier so that The outside matches the inside. I also want to wear all the awesome clothes In my closet I’ve been saving for my triumphant return to my old size. I am committed to sticking with this. I’ve stuck to a vegan diet for a year so I know I can make a change that’s hard and stick with it. I can do intermittent fasting, I can better track what I eat, I can be a better version of me.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
