Loss of appetite.. So for the last two days in a row Ive been going to the gym, doing my 10k steps in the treadmill as usual. Normally I come home, shower have dinner and then after some tv go to bed. Welp, the last two nights Ive come home I havent really been hungry and had no interest in food. The first night I made my self eat a small low carb stir fry I made and then last night i just had a shake. SO my two questions are, 1. has this happened to any one and 2. is this normal? I am doing low carb and just upped my exercise this week. I dont mind not eating its jut weird bc Im usually always hungry .. LOL..

Yes. Me! I was always thinking about food and hungry all the time. I just started at the beginning of the month and the last couple of days I've lost my appetite. I treadmill on my lunch and exercise at night for an hour. For me, I'm doing low calorie. I'm not sure if it's the extra activity or what. If you are elimating the carb and having more fulfilling foods with fiber and protein maybe that might be it. I've been eating a lot of little teeny meals every couple of hours and I literally have to force myself. But it's working. Good luck and wishing you success.

Once you push past a certain point of daily excersize(which is different for everyone) appetite does fall off. I've seen it happen to people often and I actually have issues with it because I don't eat enough sometimes. For me it's a danger sign to up the calories a bit. As waterloo said too foods that fill you up in combination with intensive workouts are most likely the culprits. Good luck!

ive been having 5 small meals a day mostly protein and lots of veggies. I've even been trying new veggies I would have never thought to buy before.. Maybe I should have dinner before my work out since i cant change my work out schedule.. either way, Im feeling better and glad to get rid of some of that constant need to snack or eat.

It happens to me as well! The first time it happened, I forced myself to eat something. The next time, I just went with it. The next day I was ravenous! I thin sometimes it just takes a while for our bodies and hunger to catch up with each other!
