Banana berry breakfast crumble - peel and smash a banana with a fork on the bottome of ypur dish, cover with oats, drizzle with whatever milk you prefer, top with shredded coconut, chia seeds and berries and bake at 350* for 15 minutes.

Topped with plain Greek yogurt and a bit of honey (or maple syrup). I made a mini one for my mini me and she loved it. don't skip the banana though, it adds just enough sweetness to the dish.
