After lots of tennis yesterday I weighed in at 174.5 this morning but decided to use a more accurate figure after breakfast etc I literally lost 3 lbs sweating on the courts😎
176.4 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
