I know I've lost a couple of lbs this week but I am surprised - I've been really lax , not wanted to try too hard & had a couple of roast dinners!! Its been really cold this week and I haven't wanted salads and ryvita - I've wanted warm stodgy comfort food!! So come on spring...........then we'll all be in the mood for salads!!

well done so far. I did the same, and tried this before, which did work until I stopped using it properly then the weight came back on, but after starting again and actually losing weight, I have gained a better form of will power to eat healthier, move more, cut down on the booze and record my intake. All of which are showing the results I am after. I only have the one son (8yrs), a husband and fulltime job but even my time is sometimes stretched to the limit so if you have 3 kids, a house and family to take care of I think you are doing very well. Keep up the good work.
