I have made it to goal. Had some sagging skin but fortunately it s tightening up with weight training. Check out YouTube if you are dealing with excess skin after weight loss. Friends, lose it while you are young or one may need to see a plastic surgeon to correct the problem which is fine but can be expensive.

Thanks for sharing. I have definitely been struggling with the loose skin issue as I head toward my weight goal, so I welcome any suggestions from those of you in the FS community about this!

I lost almost 50 lbs and I work out a lot so I am pretty good with skin tightening but then I lost another 4 lbs and boom! Loose skin..who would've thought 4 lb lost who result in loose skin!? ugh!

I am reconciled with needing plastic surgery at some point. Having lost about 140 pounds so far with another 15 or 20 to go and about to turn 66, there is just no elasticity left in my skin to rebound. So, when I've gotten all of the weight off and kept it off for some period of time, I'll just bite the bullet and go under the knife.
