Bird Fancier's Journal, 23 January 2015

Today I got invited to go to a breakfast buffet! It was really easy to find LC foods, but I used most of my daily carb allowance in that one meal! I had no problem passing up the pretty pastry goodies/baddies! Instead, I enjoyed a treat of grilled tomato topped with cheese and parsley. Afterwards, I wasn't sure how many carbs I had eaten, so I held off eating for the rest of the day. I wasn't hungry anyway!

Well done! It's one thing to just not buy the foods you're restricting, but it's anothe entirely to have them right in front of you and say no. Go willpower and self respect! :)
