I'm doing good. Starting not to feel hungry or deprived. Eating habits are getting better and I'm exercising more. Not gonna weigh again until next week. Getting excited about wearing my "skinny" clothes. Feel confident. Pray that I stay motivated.

Wearing your skinny clothes will be just the best reward you can have. Hang your favorite in the kitchen and you will see it and that might help. Prayers coming your way my friend. You sound like you have a good handle on what you are doing. :-)

Thank you. I'm really trying hard. I was lying to myself. Convinced myself that I was okay. I put on weight but I still had a figure and a nice face. I love hair, makeup and nails, the works. Always perfect. It isn't okay. I don't even care what other people think anymore it's about being healthy and feeling good. Use to worry about having a boyfriend, etc., etc. Don't care about any of that anymore. This is for me and only me. Like I've said before, I was waddling around the house like a pregnant woman(smile). So much weight. It's very heavy. I have so far to go but I feel better already.

I don't know either why we let the weight come on or back on. It is a vicious circle at times but we have the options of what goes in our mouths and only we can do the choosing. I think you are a strong woman and I also think you will do this. And for you, not for a man or anyone else, only you. ((hugs))
