So it's been a year since I joined FatSecret! Woo-hoo! And though I haven't been recording my food and exercise for about a month, I've maintained steady.
I started in June of 2008 at 215 pounds, set a goal of 190, and made that. Then I set a goal of 175 and made that. Then I went for 168. Those last pounds were the hardest to lose, but I made that too. I thought about trying to lose more, but at 6 feet, 168 to 175 is probably a good place for me to be. So it's probably maintenance from here on in. And today I was at 169 in my first weigh-in in nearly a month.
Thanks to all who gave support, humor, advice, and just dropped by to say hi. I'll still be around occasionally.
