Sending sincere thoughts of encouragement & support to all my FS friends this morning. Believe me, if I can do it...SO CAN YOU! Sometimes the road seems unending and tedious, but the destination is well worth it💙 It takes time, it takes patience & consistency. It takes practice. It takes 'stickin to yer guns' about your new WOE & lifestyle changes.

I'm still not where I totally need to be, and I'm sure there will be fluctuations as I continue to age. PLEASE don't think I posted this to boast😱 I posted this to ENCOURAGE only!

Stay strong, stay committed to your health & wellbeing. *Note ~ these were the readings from my new Galaxy4 Smartwatch yesterday. This morning I compared them with the fancy scale: WT 131.4/BF 26.4/WATER 51.1/BMI 24.2/BONE 4.6/MUSCLE 92.0. Pretty close (overall)

hi if you dont mind the question, how to do you initially record and then ultimately interpret the "BMI" or body fat, body mass, body water content/s? just starting and I dont really like to put so muchall over the internet etc. but just curious how you calculate these distinctions. trying to save $ with current state of the economy by not hiring a nutritionist in these healthy diet& fitness pursuits, And of course congratulations! very encouraging :)

@dksg97...I use several sources for the info: my 'smart' scale, my 'smart' watch, the FS app, and a website called calculator.net (health & fitness formulas). Best of luck to you as you track your progress!!👍💪👏

Hello esahsalim👋 I don't really know if there is a tutorial... maybe on YouTube? But the people here are very helpful and can probably explain most everything for you if you have specific questions. WELCOME and very best of luck to you as you start this journey to better health👍💪

To esahsalim: Welcome and my first piece of advice is that while I use the app on my phone to log my food every day, there are certain things (groups, challenges, and looking up members, to start with) that are only available on the website. Then there are features such as meal plans and recipes that are available with a paid subscription. We mostly just help each other through posts like this to figure it out.
