Still managing to maintain...staying between 130-132 on 1400 cal/day. Summer has FINALLY arrived here, so I'm heading out to do yard work before it heats up. I'm very heat intolerant bc of my autoimmune issues, so the afternoons will be indoors with the AC 😊
