Looks like this will be a tough week to stay within calories. But there’s nothing like good friends to lift you up and chase away doubts. Didn’t sleep well last night, so eventually gave up and sat watching the sunrise and the birds waking up to a new day.

Yes back from Brighton now and back to work 🙃 I’m hoping for a longer holiday in August 🤞 how is your summer looking?

Glad you had a fab time. I have plans for a wee break in early July…but also a lot of work to catch up on. So will see how I go. Where are you headed in August? I’m probably going to explore locally and catch up with friends.

I don’t know, sometimes it’s a hard place to be if you’re struggling with your diet and fitness. It’s why I come off before and feeling a bit like it now. 😔

Do you think so. I find being on here makes me question my poor choices and get back to it. Whenever I come off, I usually go off the rails altogether. Are you planning on leaving too?😳

For I have 3 moods on here, one positive and really want to change and the post are inspiring. Two I’m doing really well and want to share that and try to help others. Three I not motivated, don’t feel like I’m doing well, and seeing others do well and all the food doesn’t help. I also think sometimes I need to stop scrolling and just get on with things on the flip side this app is sometimes a distraction from going to the cupboard.
