I thought it would be difficult to go from meat to very little to no meat, but I actually don't miss it at all. And I feel like I have more energy. Or maybe it's because I go to bed earlier. It could be a combination of both. But none the less I have more of a drive to get up in the morning and work out and I don't get so tired during the day.
I should've been a "semi" vegetarian a long time ago!
