I'm very pleased about being under my RDI of 1800 calories. Today's workout was walking. I didn't do any strength training today. Tuesdays are kinda an off day for me. I have a lot of studying to do plus evening classes.

I have days like that, too. At least you got in a walk. juggling schedules is hard.
