I am now on Week #4 and I am amazed at how well my new plan is working out for me. I have to thank God for giving me peace around food. I am feeling healthier when I walk, and I can feel my clothes fitting looser. I know the water is helping me greatly. I am excited to see the doctor on Friday and weigh in- LOL Haha, like I haven't felt this way since I was a teenager! I really hope these changes helped to reduce my A1C. I know what I am doing is helping my body and improving my health. Amen.
