I've been trying to write in this journal for a few days now, and every time I do, it freezes up! So frustrating!! Then I just give up because I don't feel like typing the whole thing again, lol! I've been doing well, sticking to the diet, and working out. The weight is coming off slowly, but at least it's coming off... I had an atkins bar the other day, and I felt awful and craved sweets for the rest of the day. From now on, they're only for absolute emergencies! I'd rather feel bad and have a stall then go off induction.
