Today I lost the .2 lbs I had picked up yesterday. Still up almost a lb from late last week though. I really need some exercise. I had a couple of sharp pains in my hip yesterday, but the odd thing is the inflammation I was feeling seems to be gone now. No pains so far today. I may try to just stop by the walking trail at the park and take a little walk. I feel I should stay away from that elliptical for now, and the walk seems my safest option.

I ended up under 1600 calories yesterday. I have today's food planned out but haven't added it all up yet. Sure it's under 1800 though. Breakfast was oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. Lunch will be tuna salad on a whole wheat roll, with broccoli and probably yogurt. Dinner, a small chicken fajita with side salad and maybe another veggie. My snacks will be fruits, nuts. Might make a smoothie if I find one in my newest ebooks that fit the bill.
