well my first week is almost done. I do feel excited to begin and feel like I have accomplished something that I have not been able to do in a long time. I tried to-set two goals. 150 minutes of exercise time for the week and 1 to 2 sweets for the week. I learned from a devotion this week that you always have a choice. each time I wanted to eat sweets which is usually every day LOL I said to myself you have a choice. it made me mindful and it made me bring into Focus but I am trying to achieve. I enjoy reading your posts and the new things that I have already learned
