Here we go, this is the last day of this cleanse. I've done very well with my diet, but can't wait to eat normal food again. Also, it's helped me drop some good weight, about 6 lbs or so. Insanity week 4 is accomplished and next week is recovery week. The Magic Men are right on track to meet our goals. Great Job!!
