Some pork Rinds have 0 carbs and they meet the need to crunch. Read the labels cuz some do have carbs, the ones that we buy are Old Dutch and they are 0 but that brand might just be a western Canada thing. My other go to snack is sugar free Jello I whip whipping cream with Stevia and its like putting cool whip on my Jello. Be careful cuz all of the above have Fat in them so be careful. Oh Vodka has no Carbs so that in my fav Crystal Light makes it feel like I'm not even on a diet...

i do pork rinds with guacamole or salsa or I make own kale chips. I do the jello also. String cheese is good. Olives black or green or deviled eggs are good. I use the crystal light to make pop-cycles. red bell pepper with sour cream, celery with cream cheese or peanut butter. if you in induction i would stay away from almond milk, cottage cheese, low carb yogurts and low carb breads bc those can slow you down. Save those for phase 2. I use the atkin bars as rewards or when im craving sweets bad.

I like the Atkins Dark Chocolate protein drink. I put it in the freezer, go for a run, do my work out and then enjoy a little shake. It's awesome. Made mini fritatas (Italian omelette) today. Googled the recipe. Beat eggs, add turkey bacon, ham, cheese, spinach, whatever you want. Get the mini muffin pans, spray with pam, and bake them at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. It's a nutritious snack full of good protein.

30g of raw almonds has 15g fat, 6 g Carbs and 7g protein - delicious as they come, or if you zap them in the microwave (on a heat proof plate!!!) for 10 seconds

Dry roasted edamame is not bad. A palm is about 1/4 cup. 4g fat, 10 grams of carbs but 8 grams is fiber so it is 2 net carbs. It's crunchy and a little salty. I keep them at my desk at work.

I just go for the little containers of blackberries or raspberries (about 1 cup). You can take them to work and just snack on them all morning.

Look up karaleigh83 on youtube! I use a ton of her recipes and she has a lot of lower carb ones. She is a Registered Dietitian as well.

I know they are terrible but pork rinds are what I eat, they have zero carbs and give you the saltiness and the crunch you may be missing from potato chips or pretzels

A lot of veggies are relatively low in carbs. Celery, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc. You'd want to stay away from starchy things of course like potatoes.
