Got the stuff to start doing my walk off weight campaign tomorrow. I did three minutes and 5 seconds on the aero-cycle today. I didn't realize that two days away from it would take such a toll on me! But now I've got the resistance bands as well as new shoes and socks, and a watch that I can set for intervals, so I start walking in the morning. Hopefully that with the diet will really get this weight moving!
