After 3 month of inactivity due to breaking my arm in October (and falling over on NYE hurting my other arm and getting a mild concussion) finally got back to the gym on Saturday and started on the healthy eating again today.

I have made my job harder by gaining 7kg so have a long way to go.

But 2015 is my year, I have got a promotion at work and starting an open uni degree.
