Going on a trip for 5 days. Just realised I need to get to work so I can take supplies with me. I need to make enough meal replacement powder for 5 days; pack nuts, baby biscuits, apple vinegar... I know how not planning for a trip can set me back 3-4 kgs. This is not happening now when I am so on track to being 62-61kg by December 2022.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 June 2022:
1514 kcal Fat: 81.95g | Prot: 58.46g | Carb: 142.94g.   Breakfast: Pistachio Nuts , Rowse Pure & Natural Honey, Walnuts, Coffee, Biscuit, Bananas . Lunch: Tesco Value Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Walnuts, Scott's So-Easy Porridge Oats, Bee Pollen, Cinnamon , Ginger , Flaxseed Seeds , Flaxseed Seeds , Cherry Tomatoes, Tesco Californian Raisins, Tesco Instant Hot Oat Cereal, Aldi Unsweetened Almond Milk, Sainsbury's Chia Seeds , Sainsbury's Chia Seeds , Pumpkin Seeds, Egg Omelette , Spinach , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Garlic, Green String Beans. Dinner: Tesco Low Fat Yogurt, Walnuts, Chicken Thigh Meat (Roasted, Cooked) , Tomatoes, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oranges , Biscuit, Coffee, Sun-Dried Tomatoes , Tesco Turkish Delight. more...
