Ok I need to put this down before I guilt trip myself to death! Every day this week I've had something bad. Not like a whole meal... But for example tonight I had a granola bar, small serving of KD, a cpl small pasty deserts things... Yesterday I *think* I was good. Anyway I'm chalking it up to not having my right foods in the house. I know that's not an excuse but whatever! LOL... It works for me. I know Tomorrow I'll be back on track, and I hate SAYING THAT!!! Rephrase: I'll behave..... I also have moved my walk to the afternoon and I tink it's thrown my body out of whack? Is that even possible? I mean even my BM's (TMI Sorry) don't like it LOL Been backed up for a cpl days. Could also be my change in diet, ever so slighty....

All this because I KNOW I'm going to weigh in tomorrow and it's going to be a 2lb increase. But that's ok..

Having a small treat every day is not necessarily a bad thing. If you allow for it in your daily caloric intake, it can help keep you on plan. Many things can throw our bodies out of wack. Stick to your plan and exercise and it will come off. Make sure you are getting enoug fluids for the heat of summer.
